In order to improve the quality of education over the period of time CBSE has taken a new decision with respect to the changes that must be introduced in the existing syllabus. It is important to note that according to the latest decision of the Planning committee many Advisors and Scholars have suggested deleting a certain portion of the political science syllabus from the text books specially for the classes of 9th to 12th in order to improve the quality of education.

The planning committee had requested NCERT to introduce a lot of changes with respect to history books and the way in which the political economy of the country was prepared. It is important to understand that many political Advisors and scientist have ordered to rationalize the syllabus and also reduce the number of useful books in order to advice the students to strengthen their education over the period of time. It is important to understand that over the period of time the academic dysfunction has increased to a great extent. It is only with the help of streamlining the syllabus that the burden on the students can be reduced. In such a kind of situation it has become very important for the education board to take a step as soon as possible so that the education is made a practical subject.

This development is also because of the simple reason that the awareness with respect to mental health and mental Wellness has increased over the period of time and according to different types of service it has come forward that the burden on students is one of the most important reason due to which the become a victim of anxiety. This burden is mainly because of the reason that the students do not know from which book to study and as a result the end up completing the syllabus from multiple books and this increases the syllabus to a great extent and also increases the time in which the entire syllabus is completed. In such a type of situation it becomes difficult for the students to get an idea about the way in which a basic criteria has to be formulated so that they get an access to the quality education and not to the education which only focuses on quantity. It is only with the help of all of peace measures that it will become possible to increase the quality of education and also improve the basic phase in which the ideology have to be executed over the period of time.

The problem is not only related to the quantity of books but also the rationale behind studying so many books that also create confusion and increase the gap in the existing system. It is time to make the education practical to the maximum possible extent because this will help to provide practical information and knowledge to all the children so that they can be prepared with respect to the upcoming life. It is only with the help of these collective efforts that a solution can be achieved over the period of time and it will be possible to get the required support system
